Detecting whether some slide inside PPT file is hidden or not

I’ve got an question about Aspose.Slides for Java; is it possible to tell whether some slide inside PPT file is hidden or not? To be more precise about it, I’m interested in answer just for PPT files and not for PPTX files, because I know that for PPTX there is SlideEx.Hidden property with its own getHidden() method, but I need solution for PPT files, i.e. for Slide class and not SlideEx class.

Best regards,

Hi Ivan,

Thanks for inquiring Aspose.Slides.

I have observed your requirements and suggest you to please try using the following sample code on your end to serve the purpose.

Presentation pres = new Presentation(“Presentation2.ppt”);
Slide slide = pres.getSlides().get_Item(0);
//Following is needed
boolean isHidden = slide.getSlideShowTransition().getHidden();

Please share, if I may help you further in this regard.

Many Thanks,

Thank you Mudassir for answering my question so promptly. I tried solution you proposed, and it works just fine! :slight_smile:

Best regards,
