Difference between 2 format strings

On the link above what is the difference between value 4 and value 2 for string format. Thanks.

Thank you for considering Aspose.

Value 2 will display the cell value as decimal up to two decimal places without thousand separators. Whereas, Value 4 will display the cell value as decimal up to two decimal places with a thousand separators. e.g.

Cell Value = 125000

If format is set as Value 2, the value will be displayed as 125000.00, but if the format is set as Value 4, the value will be displayed as 1,25,000.00.
