Is there a way currently to digitally sign VBA macros using Aspose.Cells ?

Thanks for your query.

Well, Aspose.Cells does support to digitally sign and validate digital signatures for the workbook. However it does not support to digitally sign the underlying vba projects or macros. I have logged a ticket with an id “CELLSNET-43867” for your requested feature into our database. We will investigate if we could support your requirements.

Once we have any update on it, we will let you know here.
