Disable SaveAs after conversion to PDF

Hi,

I'm converting DOC to PDF and want to disable printing and saving of the converted PDF.

It seems that there are no problems with printing converted PDF - it is needed to set

Security.IsPrintingAllowed and Security.IsDegradedPrintingAllowed

but the question is how can I disable Save As button when PDF is opened in browser?

P.S. I understand that the file was downloaded to the user and disabling this button doesn't make much sense because user already has the file, but anyway I want to do this because the majority of users are just users and they are not so professional to understand that they already has the file :-).
