Doc is corrupted

I tried to load the attached document and get an error: The document appears to be corrupted and cannot be loaded.
The document is opened successfully by office.

Please advice.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-13359) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
