Doc to PDF conversion issue with table border alignment using .NET

When writting out to PDF, the table border on page 7 is not aligned. Is this something that can be corrected?

Any recommendations on how to programmatically fix this issue? We are pulling the documents from an archive and there is no user interaction.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-6590) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
