Doc to pdf, Image conversion error

I use the following command, the doc will be converted to pdf, but I found that the generated PDF inside, the picture is not displayed correctly, please ask what is the reason, thank you!

File docFile = new File("a.doc");
Document doc = new Document(new FileInputStream(docFile));
doc.save("output.pdf");
