Document compare : No changes in formatting but still shows difference

Hi Aspose Team,
We are using aspose word document compare feature for comparing attached word files, There are no changes in checkbox icon but still it is showing added and deleted difference in compare report.
Attached input and output compare report.

Please help us to identify issue.
