Document Mismatch Issue with Aspose Integration

Good Day Team
Can you please assist the customer as per below:
I am a Senior Developer from SITA, currently maintaining the OCJ Court Online system. We are experiencing an issue where documents sent to Aspose for signing are returned incorrectly — with the wrong document content.
This issue has occurred on three separate occasions, and we suspect the root cause may lie on the Aspose side. I have attached the screenshots of one of the documents.

We would like to request a technical session with your development team to investigate and address this matter.
Please let us know your availability for the session.

Thank You,

@ZSONGCA

Can you please provide more details about the specific steps taken when sending documents for signing and the expected versus actual outcomes?

@ZSONGCA,

Could you please specify which specific Aspose APIs/libraries (from Aspose.Total for .NET) you’re using for signing, rendering or manipulating documents? Are you using Aspose.Words for .NET or Aspose.PDF for .NET? Your attached document includes some screenshots of PDF format, and it appears your issue involves data misalignment and formatting. Are you using the PDF file format exclusively, or do you work with other file formats as well, please specify? We would appreciate it if you could share your sample documents (please compress them into a zip file before attaching) and the code snippet you’re using, so we can reproduce the issue on our end and work on to fix the issue.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we do not usually provide technical support via phone, online meetings, or chat sessions. For the most effective assistance, we kindly recommend using our forums here.

Good Day Team, I have asked the End User for more details and will get back to you as soon as i can as they are insisting on having a Teams Meeting. Thank You,

@ZSONGCA,
