DOCX resave looses chart content

Hi Aspose team,

We encountered the following problem:


When we try to just resave the attached docx, the chart is saved as an image instead of a normal chart.
This happens only with the new charts that are represented with a chartEx tag in the format.
Our goal would be to have the same chart after resaving the document.

Please let us know if we can provide any more details to help you investigate the issue.

Our product team has completed the analysis of your issue and the root cause has been identified. You are facing this issue because Aspose.Words does not support MS Word 2016 fully. The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-14677) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 17.9 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 17.9 update.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-12458) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 17.10 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 17.10 update.
