DOCX to PDF conversion issue with image rendering using C#

Converting the attached file to PDF and the image will differ. The image is pasted into the word file and then the red bar is added onto the first image.

Thanks for your query. I have tested the scenario and have not found any issue with output pdf file. Please see the attached output pdf file and use the latest version of Aspose.Words for .Net.
