DOCX to PDF missing checkboxes

Hi,

we are merging checked and unchecked checkboxes in DOCX Documents successfully. But when we save the Document as PDF no checkboxes are not visibile, instead an empty image is displayed.

Can you tell me how to get the checkboxes to PDF Documents?
