Yes, it does. Aspose.Cells for Java 2.5.4 does support to read/write CSV file format.
But in case, you find any issue, I am afraid, we cannot fix it in your older version. We can only recommend you to kindly upgrade to latest versions of the product as over the years we have made tremendous enhancements and other fixes to make it more robust and feature rich APIs.
FYI, as per our internal policy, we cannot evaluate or fix any issues (if found) in older versions. The fixes are only based on latest APIs set of the component, Moreover, if you found any issue with latest version, we can provide you the fix based on latest APIs set.
