Does Aspose for Java work with AS/400 spool files directly

I realize I can build a pdf using java methods, but want to know if using any apis would allow me to convert a as/400 spool file to pdf

Hi Donald,

Thanks for your interest in our products.

Can you please share some details regarding your requirement as it will help us to answer more appropriately.

I am not sure what more I can offer. We have already generated print files that we want to convert to a pdf. We have another software vendor but the resolution is not sufficent and we need more flexability in controlling that. We were hoping that the java based version of your product might allow us to create a pdf from an already generated print file. We own the .net version and are very pleased with it, but the AS/400 will only run java so we want to know if it will work with as/400 printer files.
