I have a presentation with lots of slides. Each time I access the presentation, I want to only load a few slides or only 1 slide. So is there a solution that I won’t load the whole file?

There is no such solution. I don't think its possible logically. Whether you access one or selected slide(s), you will have to go through the presentation, which has to be preloaded.
