Does the api support recognize the dash curve and then redraw the dash curve as solid one?

Here is an image for your investigation so as to know whether the api support AI recognize the dash curve and then redraw the dash curve as solid one? If so ,how to reach it,if not, does this feature will be support in later version for updation.
