We are creating Word documents by creating a base template, then appending sections converted from HTML. The english documents work well. The double-byte documents (I’ve tried Chinese, Arabic, and Japanese) do not work, just display questionmarks for the text. The actual HTML text is unicode characters that display properly in a browser.
I searched your help, but found only references to a document that must have been moved. What do we need to do to make this work?

Sorry. Turned out to be our issue. We were encoding the text file in 1252 instead of Unicode. Changed that, and all double-byte appears to be working as expected.
