We have a HTML that gets generated from XML content using XSLT transformation. This HTML is then converted to Word using Aspose Word. One of the HTML element is generated in a nested div form where the outer div element provides a border to all its nested div and each child div can have there own style class for rendering. In HTML the outer border looks fine but when it is converted to word it doesn't render the outer border.
Following is the example HTML for the same:
xcxcxc
dsdsdsdsd
sdsdsd
dfdfdfdfd
Hi Ravi,
Thanks for your inquiry. We have tested the scenario using latest version of Aspose.Words for .NET 16.7.0 and have not found the issue with Div border. Please use
Aspose.Words for .NET 16.7.0. We have attached the output Docx with this post for your kind reference.
However, we have noticed that the left and top margins of Div are lost in output document. For the sake of correction, we have logged this problem in our issue tracking system as WORDSNET-14098. You will be notified via this forum thread once this issue is resolved.
We apologize for your inconvenience.
Thanks for your reply.
We are using aspose-words-15.6.0-jdk16.jar.
Can you please confirm the version of Aspose.words for Java with which this scenario will work.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-14098) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 22.4 update also available on NuGet.
