During docx to jpeg conversion- only first page rendered

Im converting​ DOCX files to many different formats using your service, which works with every format except for when I do jpeg conversion​s, which only renders the first page of the document as a jpeg. How can this be fixed?

Hi,

This is a known issue and we are already working on a new feature SAASWORDS-37 (splitDocument) to allow users to save all or specific pages of a document to different formats including JPEG. This feature is in testing phase and we will let you know as soon as it is live.
