Hi Pingzhong,

Thank you for sharing your sample.

We are able to replicate the issue on our end while using the latest version of Aspose.Imaging for .NET 2.4.0. In order to properly investigate the matter on our end, we have logged the problem in our bug tracking system under the ticket IMAGING-34254. Please spare us little time for the proper analysis. In the meanwhile, we will keep you posted with updates in this regard.

Hi Pingzhong,

Thank you for your patience.

We have completed the investigation on the ticket attached to this thread. Your provided DWG files contains 3D objects, that are currently not supported for conversion to PDF format. We have logged an internal feature request to provide the support for 3D objects for DWG file format. As soon as we have analyzed the request, we will be able to provide an estimated release schedule for the fix. Please spare us little time. In the meanwhile, we will keep you posted with updates in this regard.

Thanks Babar for your prompt response. We will try again with DWG file without 3D objects then. We would report back our findings.

we confirmed that DWG file is converted correctly for file without 3D objects. However it seems that the Asian Character (Chinese) won’t be converted correctly. I would open another ticket to track this. thanks very much.

Hi Pingzhong,

This is to inform you that the support for 3D objects in AutoCAD drawings for possible conversion to PDF format has been shifted to 4th quarter of 2015 due to the complexity of this feature. As soon as we have made significant progress towards the implementation of said feature, we will inform you here with estimated release schedule.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as ) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for JasperReports 18.3 update.
