DXF Export corrupt

Hi
I am trying to export a simple dwg to dxf but the resultant dxf wont open correctly? sample code at link below, run the solution then try to open the dxf but something is not right?

Hi, I have created CADNET-8928 to investigate the reasons and possible fix.
