Seems one thing missing here: OutlookTnefFormat / OutlookContainerFormat
The usage? We can save EmailMessage as Msg or Oft directly, without converting to MapiMessage.
But to save an EmailMessage as Tnef ?!

I think it’s unnecessary because
- In any case, to get TNEF, you should first get MapiMessage.
- Not exactly a requested feature. Why get a TNEF representation from a normal MIME message?
