Embedding fonts in word document

I’ve tried this but the rendering fails. I get a standard courier font instead of the one that I embedded.


Do I need to do something else?

Hello,


I’m using the “?format=pdf” query string to get a pdf version of a word document. For some reasons, the font that is embedded in my docx file doesnt survive the conversion. Am i doing something wrong?

Thanks for your inquiry. What font are you embedding in your Word document? Could you please attach your input Word document (with font embedded) and output document (e.g. PDF) here for testing? We will investigate the issue on our end and provide you more information.
