Encoding related errors when entering PSD text

An error occurs when entering text as shown in the picture above.
error message : ‘MS949’ is not a supported encoding

@hun could you please provide the input file “Form_42_compressed.psd” to help us to reproduce this issue.

I created an issue preliminary: PSDJAVA-412: Unsupported Encoding MS949 Exception on the text updating.

After testing the released product, we want to use your product.
