Converting an ePub document to PDF creates a PDF ok, but the new document’s basic properties give “Aspose” as the title/author/subject.
Any chance these could be left blank, set from information in the ePub or set through the API?

You cannot set/change file information of EPUB format using Aspose.PDF library. However, you can set/change file information of resultant PDF document. Please also note that you cannot set values against the Application and Producer fields, because Aspose Ltd. and Aspose.PDF for .NET x.x.x will be displayed against these fields.
