Error as Image Export Failed

I'm trying to convert DJVU file in image format with the help of aspose.imaging.net dll. For some files I am getting the error as Image Export Failed.
I am using the trial API of aspose ver 16.10.0.0.

Please someone help me to find out whether it is the problem of my code or problem is at the aspose dll end.
