Error generating pdf from web based service

I am getting errors calling web service to product pdf.
Below are error messages that I get. Please help!! I have to rerun multiple times to process (get pdf document as return). This starts happending a few weeks back and problem went away and now it is worse now. Is there outage in some of your service, I’ve been using the service for few years now and it is start happending recently.

  • One or more errors occurred. (A task was canceled.)
  • Error calling UploadFile: The response ended prematurely.

Can you please share some more details like API information that you are using along with the sample code snippet or application? We will test the scenario in our environment and address it accordingly.
