Error in Converting Character

I am still getting the message “Evaluation Only” on image files
I create from PDFs. I have added the license file to my .NET Project as an embedded
resource as explained in your documentation but still I get the message. I have tried just
about everything I can think of and am still get the message. This is extremely frusterating to get this after making a purchase! Can you please help?

I am running PDF Kit for .NET version 3.4

Will the license file I purchased only work with version 3.4? I would rather have version 3.3 because there is a bug in version 3.4. When using version 3.3 I was able to create an image file from the attached file but with version 3.4 I cannot - I get an error message “Error in converting character”

I am getting the error “Error in converting character” for several PDF file when attempting to convert to images in PDF Kit .NET version 3.4. This was not happening in version 3.3. Please alert your technical team as this is a MAJOR BOO BOO and could be very damaging to your future sales!

One more thing:

I have added PDF Kit .NET to a .NET Class Library

If it cannot be used this way and the evaluation messages and restrictions cannot be removed then the control is worthless to me and I need a full refund.

I have tested some feature about the PdfConverter class with the version 3.4.2.5 but am not able to reproduce the error. Please download that version from this link and try it.
