Error installing cells evaluation

I am trying to install the Cells eval version. To install package gets about 90% done and then throws an error: "Installer can't continue. Error: 2869".

I'm on Vista Ultimate.

We have enhanced our setup package to avoid this installation problem on vista if you install Aspose.Cells without admin rights.
