I am having a problem loading an excel file that was exported from an Office web control.
I get the error. "This is not a structured storage file."
I have included my excel file I am trying to open.

Your attached file is an html file, not a native Excel file. Please try to use notepad to open it, then you will see it's native format.
Aspose.Cells doesn't support to load html file.
