Hi!
When starting the Aspose - service we are getting this error message:
[Error] DocumentGeneratorService DocumentGeneratorService.DocumentGeneratorServiceApplication: There was an error setting the Aspose PDF license: Unsupported algorithm
A little while back we changed license - owner. could this be part of the problem, or is it the fact that we are not using the latest version of aspose.pdf?

Have you edited the license file itself and changed something in there? Please note that you cannot change anything there as it will corrupt the license. Please download the fresh copy of your license from your existing orders in purchase portal and use it in your application. Better to create a separate console application to make sure that the issue is specifically related to the license file and then share it with us so that we can also observe it in our environment.
