Error loading pptx- unable to read chart xml

I am attempting to Load a presentation using PresentationEx which was made in Powerpoint 2007 and contains many excel charts, also from 2007. The loading fails and I get the exception

"Error reading “/ppt/charts/chart13.xml” xml part"

This is using version 4.4.2.0 of slides. I have included a copy of the document.

I have worked with the presentation shared by you and have obtained PptxUnsupportedFormat exception while accessing the presentation using Aspose.Slides for .NET 4.4.6. An issue with ID 22939 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue.
