ERROR MSG: Cell width is too small for word: Organization

I have an application with multiple tables, and on some sets of data I get the message "Cell width is too small for word: ", on others I dont. I see from a forum message below that one solution was to set table.IsRowBroken=false. If I do this the PDF is created, but lots of text is written on top of each other, which is not acceptable. Do you have any other ideas on how to fix this?
