we developed an application in visual c#.There are threads which send data packages to database. Some time we got an error

how can we solve this problem?

Are you using Aspose.Grid.Web or Aspose.Grid.Desktop? Well, it seems that the error is related to ADO.NET and not to Aspose.Grid.Web / Aspose.Grid.Desktop. Could debug your ADO.NET APIs if they are working as expected. We appreciate if you could create a sample test project, zip it and post it here to show the issue, we will check it soon.
Also, do mention which version of the component you are using.
