Hi,
I am converting an xls file to xlsx. On cells having conditional formatting, the format is not correctly applied on the new xlsx file.
e.g
xls file
image.png (3,5 Ko)
xlsx file
image.png (3,3 Ko)
Here is the sample file

After an initial test, I am able to reproduce the issue as you mentioned by converting your template XLS file to XLSX file format. On cells having conditional formatting, the format is not correctly applied on the newer XLSX file.

We are pleased to inform you that your issue (logged as “CELLSNET-56076”) has been resolved. The fix/enhancement will be included in our upcoming release (Aspose.Cells v24.7) scheduled to be published in the second week of July (next month). You will be notified when the next version is released.
