Error While Deploying report model

Hi All,

I am trying to deploy the report model project for adhoc reports but Unfortunately I cannot deploy the report model, i am getting error like “Report Server has encountered a SharePoint error”.

I searched over the Web and i tried with “Grant Database Access” from central admin with no errors but still cannot deploy my reports. Is there something else that needs to be set?
