Estimated delivery time

Hi,

If I am sending a batch of mails(say 100) …

1. Is it possible to get the Estimated time to complete the process?
2. Is it possible to set the time between each mail while sending from a mail list?
3. Is it possible to get the list of failed email ids?

3. You can get the failed mail message, I think you can use its messageid as the email id.
