Evaluation watermark with Aspose.Total Enterprise edition license

Hi.

We use Aspose.Total Enterprise edition license for our project.
On a production side all goes well and documents converted as expected.
But on the test environment and locally the files converted with the watermark "Evaluation only.Created with Aspose.Pdf.Copyrifght 2002-2013 Aspose Pty Ltd.".
I have doublecheck Aspose.lic file and all looks good :
- the version of Aspose.pdf is released before expiry date;
- this is the same file that lay on production side.

What could be the problem?

Is there any difference in environment of both Production and Testing ? Are you using the same product binaries over both instances ?

Please ensure that license file is placed over appropriate location from which its referenced inside the code. In case you are still facing the same problem, please share the license file so that we can test the scenario at our end. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

I check again and found the differences between production and testing environments.
The thing is that on production environment we have oldest libraries of Aspose than on testing environment.
For instance on Production Aspose.Pdf version is 8.4.1 and on Testing is 8.7.0 .
I tried to do some experiment and rollback library version Aspose.Pdf to version 8.4.1 and I was surprised because watermark is gone.
Our license will expire in a year so for this period we must be able to update new versions of Aspose libraries without any problems.

Please help me to understand why we can't to update new versions of libraries if our license is still valid and fix this problem.

In earlier version of Aspose.Pdf for .NET (8.7.0), we received some complaints where some customers were unable to use the license. However in recent release of Aspose.Pdf for .NET 8.8.0, we have fixed license related issues. Can you please try using the latest release and in case the problem still persists, please share some sample application so that we can test the scenario at our end. We are sorry for your inconvenience.
