I am facing Issue while deleting xlsx file, which just got converted from Html.
Error:- This Process can’t be completed because file is open in IIS Express worker Process.
I am able to delete all format type converted from html except xlsx.
Please guide me how to delete those files

Which Aspose API you are using? How do you delete the .xlsx file (manually or via code)? Also, it is hard to evaluate your issue precisely (if it is due to Aspose API or something else) or to reproduce the issue on our end. Please create a simple VS.NET project (runnable) to show the issue, you may zip the project with resource files (if any) and attach it here. We will check it soon.
