Excel Formulas don't work when opened using MS Office 2010

Team,

We’re facing an issue with excel when opened using MS Office 2010. Formulas in the excel, the total rows on the excel do not calculate when opened, the just stay 0. Users need to click in and hit enter for the totals to populate.

This is only happening with MS Office 2010. Can you please let us know if there’s any known issue with excel 2010 and a workaround that we can use in the code to fix this?
