Excel limits and specifications - Pre-Sales Aspose.Cells questions

We have an inquiry for Aspose .Cells Site OEM, the client asks us about the following:

  1. What is the max. number of concurrent processing?
  2. What is the max. number of columns can be handled in 1 excel file?
  3. What is the max. number of rows can be handled in 1 excel file?
  4. What is the max. number of sheets can be handled in 1 excel file?
  5. Can they run on Linux OS (they use Net Core)?
  6. Can they run on Docker Container (Linux OS)?
  7. How to register the Site OEM license for development, UAT deployment and production deployment?

No limit. It is limited by available memory and system resources.

Aspose.Cells does not put forth any limits. It is relevant to MS Excel’s capacity and specifications. For advanced Excel file formats (e.g. XLSX, XLSM, XLSB, etc.), in MS Excel, you may have up to 16,384 columns in a worksheet. There can be any number of worksheets as you want in a Workbook/Excel file.

Same as above. It is relevant to MS Excel’s capacity and specifications. For advanced Excel file formats (e.g. XLSX, XLSM, XLSB, etc.), in MS Excel, you may have up to 1,048,576 rows in a single worksheet. There can be any number of worksheets as you want in a Workbook/Excel file.
