Excel to image with rotated Shape not rendered correctly

Hello

We are using Apsose.Cells and have a auto shape on the Excel set to "move and size with Cells". This shape is rotated 90 degrees. When opeing up the the workbook in excel the image looks fine. When rendering the worksheet to image the shape is cut off. If the shape is not rotated then the image is rendered correctly. Spread Sheet attached

Another issue is borders are not being rendered to image properly. In the attached spreadsheet there is a blue border around some cells. When viewing in Excel everything looks good but when rendered to image the bottom border is fine but the top border is not rendered blue on a mony of the cells. Please help!!
