Excell 2007 options are lost and file size is reduced after touching file with Aspose.Cells 4.7.0.0

Excell Options -> Advanced -> Set Precision as displayed is unchecked, but in source document it is checked.

Also file size is reduced from 19Kb to 9Kb.

Source and corrupted files are attached.

After an initial test, we have found the issue regarding "Set Precision" is displayed as unchecked in the generated excel file. We will figure it out soon.
