Exception during pdf convertion

I have SVG image which using some custom fonts. During convertion to pdf I get exception:
Cannot find table ‘loca’ in the font file

Here is a sample app:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open project in Visual Studio and run it
  2. Choose a destination folder and press the button
  3. You should get exception “Cannot find table ‘loca’ in the font file”
