Exception is raised in aspose.slides Presentation Method

Hi. this is Michael.

I tried to convert using aspose.slides.
But some file is raise exception and can not convert.

<span style=“background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: “Apple SD Gothic Neo”, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; white-space: pre-wrap;”>I want to attach a file but I can not attach a file because it is not allowed.

Exception Message : ‘|???’ exception thrown…

Please let me know how to fix this exception.

I have observed your comments. I like to inform that you can share your files privately with us by following these guidelines. I also like to add further that the forums have limit of 20Mb file attachment. If it is more than that, then you can share that on any FTP server and share its public link with us for downloading.
