Exception occurs when specifying Locale before creating a Document object

This issue remains not solved on 17.7 version of Aspose.Words for Java.
Could you tell me if anyone is still having this problem?
Furthemore, there’s any workaround for this?

Best regards,
André Fernandes Rodrigues

@Andre87,

This issue is not reproducible with Aspose.Words for Java 18.2. Please upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.Words for Java. Hope, this helps.

First of all, thank you for your quick reply.

I’m asking this question because our customer is facing this problem.
However, we’re unable to reproduce this error.
Could you tell me, please, which are the conditions to reproduce this error?
We already have the same database of our customer, the same OS and the same aspose version.
Could you tell me if the SDK version is important to reproduce this error?

Once again, thank you for all your attention to my specific case.
Best regards,
André Fernandes Rodrigues

Hi awais.hafeez,

We updated to the latest version of Apose.Words for Java i.e. 18.2
However, our customer is getting a new error:

@Andre87,

We are working over your query and will get back to you soon.

@Andre87,

Please download and try the latest version 18.1 of Aspose.PDF for Java API, and then let us know how that goes into your environment. It is working fine with French(Eng) culture in our system.

Hi,

We already have the latest version 18.1 of Aspose.PDF for Java API.
Please, if you need any additional information, feel free to ask and I’ll respond with all the information needed.
However, the problem persists and your help will be really appreciated.

Thank you, once again, for your help.

@Andre87,

Kindly send us all details of the system environment, e.g. Operating System name & edition, Java IDE, JDK version and code. It would be great if you can create a small project application and make sure that the error is reproducible, and then send the Zip of this project. We will investigate your scenario and share our findings with you.
