I’m getting the following error when opening some OneNote files:

The given key was not present in the dictionary.

I am using Aspose.Note version 2.4.0.0.

I have attached a few of these files for you to look at. These files are confidential and need to remain private.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as NOTENET-2061) have been fixed in this update.
