Hi Ramesh,
Thank you for contacting Aspose support.
We have evaluated your presented scenario while using the latest version of Aspose.OCR for Java 2.3.0, and we are able to replicate the exception Unable to create an element at OmrTemplate.load. We need to investigate the matter on our end to isolate the problem cause therefore a ticket with Id OCR-33999 has been logged in our bug tracking system. Please allow us some time to properly investigate the problem cause, and to provide the fix with upcoming release. In the meanwhile, we will keep you posted with updates in this regard.
Hi again,
We have evaluated the case logged earlier as the OCR-33999, and we are able to find a workaround for this situation. While we are working to provide the fix with the upcoming release of Aspose.OCR for Java, please load the template (.amr file) in any text editing tool such as Notepad and replace the occurrences of ‘Aspose.OMR.Elements.’ with ‘com.aspose.omr.elements.’. It should fix the issue.
Above code is working fine. thanks for your quick response
Hi Ramesh,
Thank you for the confirmation. It is good to know that the suggested workaround is allowing you to continue work with Aspose.OCR for Java API. In the meanwhile, we will fix the issue with the upcoming release.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
