Exception when export to HTML

I have two Visio document which throws exception when I export to HTML. Here is a sample code:
TestApp.zip (127.0 KB)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open project in Visual Studio and run it
  2. Select a destination folder and press the button
  3. You should get exception

In the sample project, there are 2 visio files throw exception.
