We upgraded recently to Aspose.Note v2.3 and discovered that we cannot open anymore the 2 attached files (confidential files, so please keep this post private)
“Object reference not set to an instance of an object” exception for NEW-3133-Administration.one
"The MD5 hash is not correct for referenced struct" exception for 3133.one
It was working at least with version 1.3

We were able to reproduce the same issue at our end with your sample files and have logged it as NOTENET-2040 & NOTENET-2041 in our issue tracking system. We’ll update you here once there is some information or a fix version available in this regard.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as NOTENET-2040) have been fixed in this update.
